Description:
Depth of flavor is a hallmark of Indian fare, courtesy of myriad spices and lots of earthy preparations. The cuisine is also marked by juxtapositions of spicy and cool, wet and dry, textured and smooth. Maharaja Palace balances all these qualities beautifully, as evidenced in options like tandoori chicken, shrimp vindaloo, palak paneer, and shrimp korma. Lots of vegetarian dishes are available, and the sizeable menu promises plenty of choices. A great lunch buffet is an added plus, but do know that with a la carte meals, everything is priced separately.
