Husband-and-wife team Tony and Susan Makridid share authentic Greek dishes with Phoenix locals at this popular establishment. A variety of foods is made from scratch following old family recipes. Appetizers include taramosalata (mullet roe blended with lemon and olive oil) and saganaki (kefalograviera cheese flamed with brandy and doused with lemon).
